Kegel exercises are not only for tightening the vagina
muscles, but are also essential for preventing or prolonging the onset of

pelvic floor muscles, due to pregnancy or being overweight causing the muscles
to descend into your vagina.
Kegel exercises can be done anywhere and anytime. To find
the right muscles, you can insert your finger into the vagina and squeeze. If
you feel the vagina muscles tighten and the pelvic floor moves upward, then you
are doing them correctly.
